Most of you will know TED talks, but did you know there is a fantastic tool for teachers to support them to create 
their own digital lessons?. It allows you to take an online resource and building your own teaching and learning around them for your students.
http://ed.ted.com/ has a fantastic set of tools that any teacher can use, build a resource for their students and share.
It is described in this video as Flipped learning – Not sure if that is quite the term I would use, as I believe that is more to a Flipped classroom than just creating an online lesson.
