Disappearing Clustrmaps

My Other Blog A number of users have noted that during the transition to global2 that the widgets that were on your Globalteacher blogs have been lost. This is unfortunately unavoidable and we apologise for the inconvenience that this is causing. With regard to Clustrmaps, it is possible to change your existing Clustrmap over from your previous blog to your new Global2 blog using this advice from Clustrmaps.

*PLEASE NOTE* that it is indeed possible to switch from the old address to the new one AND preserve your old dots. All you need to do is:

Staff and students in our school have lost their clustrmap and other widgets from their blogs. To restore them, follow these instructions:-

1. Login to your globalteacher/student account

2. Stay in the dashboard

3. Goto plugins, on RHS between links for settings and users (on the same line as write manage design comments)

4. Scroll down until you see the widget pack

5. Tick the check box beside the widget pack, choose activate link

Widgets should now appear.

nb There are some nice new plugins available eg social bookmarking
