Google Drive is a cloud storage service that allows you to store your documents, photos, videos, and more online. From Drive, you can also use Google Docs, Google Sheets, forms and other applications to create and edit various types of files. The power is in the sharing.
Connecting with others, whether it be your co-teacher or teachers from across the globe is made easy. Here is some simple steps to follow developed by the Goodwill Community Foundation and the video outlines that all important sharing capacity.
I would recommend sharing this with some of your staff who may not be so comfortable with the idea of online tools but are OK using the Office tools such as Word and Powerpoint.
